How to Get Samsung Galaxy S4 Features on iPhone

There’s no doubt about it, the new Samsung Galaxy S4 does have some pretty cool features on it and there’s more than 1 iPhone user who has gone  a little green. Fear not though because we are going to show you how to get some of these cool apps onto your iPhone 5.
Photo Reader – Free
Samsung’s praises have often been sung for their media apps and features. The S4 has a Photo Reader on it which, far from being a new idea, is still nice. It allows you to photograph, let’s say a business card, and it will transfer the details onto your phone, from the photo.

There’s an iPhone app that is similar and it’s called CamCardFree.
DualShot- $ 0.99

This is a neat feature that allows you to use both cameras on the phone to shoot images and video simultaneously. The iOS app that is closes to this is called DuoCam or the jailbreak app by Geohot  . It’s not quite as powerful as the Samsung one but then, the Samsung does sport 13 and 2 megapixel cameras, compared to the iPhone’s 8 and 1.2 megapixel. The app costs $0.99.
Group Play – Free

This features allows for up to 8 separate S4 devices to be linked together over a private network to either share media content or use as a sound system. The nearest iOS app isJukeboxHero but it only works for music.
Samsung Knox – Free

This allows for the S4 to be effectively split into two – one side allows you to store personal stuff and the other is for company or data that is more business-orientated.  Each part has its own access for security purposes.  For iOS users there’s an app called Divide that is pretty near to what Knox is.
S Translator

S Translator allows you to translate into any language on the go, especially useful if you travel abroad a lot. As its part of the S4 there’s no need to download any app and the dictionaries are regularly updated with new languages being added all the time.  Google Translate is possibly the nearest and best for iOS users although those with Siri can use that for a certain amount of translation.
